Global manufacturer of consumer packaging Crown Holdings announced that John Conway, chairman and CEO, plans to retire as CEO and named Timothy Donahue as his successor. The change is slated to take place in January 2016. A 25-year veteran, Donahue has served in all levels of corporate finance while at Crown, nine years as controller, SVP finance for seven years, and EVP and CFO for five years before his promotion to president and COO in 2013.
